CACTPA’s President Zhang Yi visited Mr. Tarek Amri, the ambassador of the Tunisian Republic to China

On December 16, 2013, President Zhang Yi of the China-Africa Countries Trade Promotion Association(CCTPA )headed to the Embassy of Tunisian Republic to China and visited Tarek Amri，Ambassador of the Tunisian Republic to China on invitation.
 

This is the first time for them to meet with each other, because it has been just a short time since Mr. Ambassador took his office. As the Ambassador said, “It’s never too late to meet each other for true friends”. The two sides felt like old friends at the very first meeting and held a cordial and friendly talk. President Zhang Yi introduced the roles and functions of the China-Africa Countries Trade Promotion Association and the work had done by the CCTPA and development direction of the future. Mr. Ambassador gave a warm welcome to President Zhang Yi and recommended the economic development of the Republic of Tunisian and economic and trade exchanges between the two countries. According to the agreements reached by two sides, they will hold consultations for government officials and entrepreneurs of the two countries at the right time so as to promote economic and trade exchanges of both sides.
 

At last, President Zhang Yi invited Mr. Ambassador to attend the “China-Africa Friendly Night –New Year Return Banquet” which held by the CCTPA on January 1, 2014, Mr. Ambassador gladly accepted the invitation.
